Dealer Application
Our products are sold at wholesale prices to legitimate motorcycle dealerships and accessory dealers only.
(We do not sell to non-motorcycle related shops or part time shops). To protect our stocking dealers we do not sell to shops that purchase accessories just for personal use.
We need all of the following information to process your application.
Items Needed:
1. An original business card
2. A copy of your state wholesale tax license (upon approval we will need a original signed document for our records This is mailed to you in your new dealer packet)
3. A copy of a canceled check to your largest motorcycle parts supplier.
4. A copy of your advertisement in the phone book yellow pages or an industry magazine.
5. You must have a commercial store front.
6. The completed application with all blanks filled in . You may fax or email us this information but it will need to be readable and defined. We WILL need all the above items to process ANY application,if you leave items out you will be turned down. We may request updated information at any time for our records.
NOTE: Your initial order must be at least $500.00 NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!! In order to maintain a dealer account, you must purchase $2000.00 or more annually to stay as dealer status.
We realize that in this new age of internet commerce that some adjustments may need to be looked at. Adjustments willbe made at the sole discretion of Spencer Cycle Center Inc.
All orders will be shipped C.O.D. Money order, or credit card. We DO NOT offer Open Accounts. Upon approval, you will be issued a dealer number by telephone,fax or mail.
Upon approval if at ANYTIME you are found to violate our policies your dealer status WILL be suspended.You will need to request a copy of our dealer policy form.
These policies were created to offer the best protection for our existing dealers. Once approved, these same policies will be in effect for your protection.
By becoming a member of this site and or a dealer you are bound by these policys and agreements. Please read our terms of use agreement and sales.

Advertised Price Policy- All dealers must abide by our policy or risk suspension of dealer account. We allow dealers to advertise 2% lower than the listed price on this site for our products. This policy has been issued to prevent advertising price wars and deminishing the value of our products and costing everyone business. This is strickly enforced!
