Shipping & Returns
- If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you receive, contact us immediately within 10 days of recieving by phone before returning any item and receive a return authorization number to include with any returned item.
- Returns are accepted as long as they are within 30 days of delivery, and in new and unused condition, parts MUST be in oringinal boxes with NO markings on them.
- The package or part MUST be in resalable condition. We suggest you do not mark or tape or anything on the package if you are returning it.
- We do not accept returns over 30 days from date of invoice.
- Regularly stocked items will receive full credit. If the product was defective, or we send the wrong part, or the problem originated on our end, we will refund shipping charges. Otherwise you will be responsible for shipping charges both directions.
- To save yourself money we suggest you return any products via UPS ground service, or through insured US mail.
- There will be NO CREDIT TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT OR CASH REFUNDS. You will received a store credit with us and your account will be issued a credit for the merchandise returned. You may redeem the credit any time or exchange the credit for other merchandise. The ONLY exception is if the error is on our part -ie: we ship wrong part.
- In the case of refusal of delivery we will still collect all shipping charges that apply, unless prior arrangements have been made. Your account will be suspended until shipping charges are paid!
- Acceptance of any returns is completely at our discretion.
- All returns are and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or may not be refundable. The restocking fee is applied at our discretion.
- Special Order items or parts are not returnable. Closeout or discounted product will not be accepted for return or credit unless they were mis shipped or covered by warranty.
- Please open your packages as soon as you receive them,do not wait 1 or more months to open them and then discover something is not correct.We will not be able to help if this is the case.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
